Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for supporting Secret Sticker Studio ✨ Every order is packed with care from my little studio in Australia.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. During busy periods (such as new releases or mail club dispatches), processing may take slightly longer as I am a one woman show! 

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

  • Australia: Estimated delivery within 2–6 business days after dispatch

  • International: Estimated delivery within 6–15 business days, depending on location

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.

International Shipping
Secret Sticker Studio ships worldwide 🌍 Orders are fulfilled using Shopify Markets to provide accurate shipping rates and delivery options based on your location.

Carriers
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. In some cases, international deliveries may be handed over to local postal partners once they arrive in your country.

Tracking
Tracking is included on anll international orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your happy mail journey 💌

For domestic Australia, these are sent via snail mail and are untracked however there is the option at checkout to pay for tracking/express shipping ✨

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

For Australian orders over $35AUD free shipping will be applied at checkout. 

Occasionally, I may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website when available.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the postal carrier.

Delays  
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including postal backlogs, customs processing, or peak periods. Unfortunately, these delays are not considered lost items.

Lost Items  
An item is considered lost if it has not arrived within:
- Australia: 10 business days after dispatch  
- International: 25 business days after dispatch  

If your order has not arrived within these timeframes, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help investigate. For any order, I click return to sender so that I am able to resend the package (if there were any issues like incorrect customs form etc). In this case I cover the additional shipping cost. This is only for orders that have been returned to my by Australia Post.

Untracked Orders  
If you have selected an untracked shipping option (where available), Secret Sticker Studio cannot take responsibility for lost items once they have been shipped. I recommend selecting tracked shipping for peace of mind.

Incorrect Addresses  
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
